moody は、ムーディ？

moodyは、「むら気な、不機嫌な」という意味です。
日本語のムーディ（雰囲気にあふれているさま）の意味はありません。

そこで、ムーディなレストランを、a moody restaurant とは言いません。

雰囲気という意味では、atmosphere が適当です。

atmosphere は、「空気、雰囲気、趣、ムード」といった意味があり、場所の雰囲気に使えます。

ムードのあるレストランは、
a restaurant full of atmosphere
または、
a restaurant with atmosphere
と表現できます。

atmosphere は、いろいろな単語と組み合わせて、雰囲気を伝えることができる便利な単語です。
