under the weather とは？

これは、口語で「具合が悪い、気分が悪い」という意味になります。
例）I’m under the weather today.
　（今日は気分が悪い）
言葉の由来は、以下のサイトを参考にすると、昔船乗りが気分が悪くなると、船のデッキの下（つまり天気から離れたところ）に行って休んだので、このような表現になったようです。
