「言うまでもない」を英語にすると？

英語を学習していると必ず出てくる構文：
it goes without saying that～

これが、「言うまでもなく」の代表ですね。

いつもの通りLongmanの英英辞典で定義を確認してみましょう。

[it goes without saying]
used to say that something is so clearly true that it does not need to be said
（何かがとても明白なので、言う必要もない事を言うために使われる）

この定義を単純に解釈してしまうと、「明白なので言う必要もない事を言う」という分かりにくい説明と感じられますが、これは相手に強い印象を与えるための前置きと考える事ができます。

（インターネットは、また、言うまでもなく、良い情報源です）

この例文から、it goes without sayingを取り除くと、だいぶ印象が変わってきますね。

お母さんが、「前かがみになるのをやめなさい」と言っていたのを覚えていますか？（まえかがみで歩かないことは）言うまでもないことだと思うかもしれないが、多くの人は、よい姿勢を保っていない。そのことは、健康的な背骨（脊椎（せきつい）骨）にとって重要な事である。

「言うまでもなく」という表現には、他にも、 needless to sayがありますが、若干ニュアンスが違うようです。
